An SBEM calculation is prepared at design stage to demonstrate Part L compliance for building control. We work from architectural plans, service specifications and the building fabric information.
As-built SBEM & on-completion EPC
Once construction is complete and any specification changes are captured, the SBEM model is updated and the on-completion commercial EPC is produced and lodged on the relevant national register.
