Submit the property details
Send us the address, property type, approximate floor area and any documents you already have — floor plans, previous EPCs or specifications all help.
Receive a tailored quotation
Our team reviews the requirements and confirms which assessment level applies before providing a tailored quotation. We never publish an automatic price.
Commercial property assessment
One of our own in-house accredited assessors — never a sub-contracted panel assessor — attends the property and records construction, lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and other relevant information.
Energy modelling & certificate delivery
The assessment is modelled using approved methodology, lodged on the appropriate register where required, and issued together with a recommendations report.
