We coordinate commercial EPC assessments across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, handled end to end by our own qualified, accredited in-house assessors. Our clients range from individual property owners through to institutional portfolios.
Our base
Our operations team is based in Manchester and our own in-house accredited assessors travel nationwide to attend site. We do not sub-contract instructions to a panel of third-party assessors, so the same team handles your work from enquiry to lodgement. Commercial EPC is a specialist service provided by Manchester EPC Ltd.
