A note on the four nations
Non-domestic EPC regimes differ across England & Wales, Scotland (Section 63 has its own regime for larger buildings) and Northern Ireland. Regulations, registers and registration processes are not identical. Where you have a portfolio spanning the four nations, we'll flag the distinctions and instruct the correct assessor for each site.
