Complex buildings and Level 5 assessments
Where a building's geometry or services fall outside SBEM's capabilities — atria, complex shading, advanced ventilation strategies — a Level 5 assessment using Dynamic Simulation Modelling is required. We review the building before quoting and confirm the level of assessment genuinely needed.
